CNC MILLING
3-, 4-, AND 5-AXIS MILLING
Our milling department operates a unified fleet of eight high-performance Haas VMCs engineered for extreme rigidity and speed. Sharing a standard 30″ × 20″ × 20″ work envelope, 30 HP, and a high-speed 10,000 RPM platform, we scale seamlessly from foundational flat-profile work to complex structural geometries.
3-AXIS MILLING
Linear X, Y, Z machining for prismatic parts, brackets, plates, and housings. The workhorse for high-volume production runs and straightforward geometries where multiple setups aren't required.
CNC TURNING
CNC LATHE WITH LIVE-TOOL MILLING
Centered around our Haas ST-25Y Turn-Mill Center, we combine heavy-duty turning with advanced live tooling and a generous 3″ bar capacity. This 4-axis configuration allows us to execute complex cylindrical profiling, off-axis cross-holes, and custom flats in a single, streamlined operation.
